Resident Relations

The images displayed above are the creative expressions of the kids from our Public Housing developments. The drawings were submitted for the annual calendar contest and are featured on our 2012 calendar.

The BCHA Resident Relations Department is all about investing in people. The goal is simple – to increase our residents’ self-sufficiency by offering or linking them with services they need and want. Investing in our residents helps families function more effectively, helps seniors maintain their independence longer, and improves the overall quality of life for everyone in our communities.

Working closely with property managers, Resident Relations staff provides information and resources that aid residents in achieving their economic, educational and other lifetime goals. From welcoming new residents, to organizing family friendly on-site activities designed to increase a sense of community the Resident Relations Department opens the door to an effective way of assisting residents.
