Welcome to the Broward County Housing Authority (BCHA) website. We hope that you will use this website to learn more about the programs we operate in Broward County, about the goods and services we seek from community businesses, and as a way to communicate with us. The BCHA serves more than 12,000 Broward County residents on a daily basis as tenants residing in the properties we manage and maintain, through the rental subsidies we pay for families living in the private rental market, and by the services we offer through the HUD-certified Housing Counseling Program. We are very proud of our long history of accomplishment in serving Broward residents as well as of the partnerships we have developed and maintain to provide the best quality services to our clients.
