Board of Commissioners

BCHA has five volunteer commissioners appointed by the Governor. The Board conducts its business under a Code of Ethics that holds each Commissioner to the highest ideals of honor and integrity. Each Commissioner considers himself/herself as a “trustee” of the Authority and as such strives to ensure that the Authority is well maintained, financially secure and operating in the best interest of those who are served by its programs and services. The Board of Commissioners holds its regular meeting on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held at the Administrative Offices of the Authority and are open to the public.
