Building Better Communities, Inc., a Broward County Housing Authority affiliated nonprofit, was the guiding force that made the development and acquisition of these properties possible. They provide families with an attractive option when seeking rentals that are affordable and well managed. The properties do have income requirements and while rents are not income based, in keeping with the nonprofit mission, rents are below that of comparable market rate rentals. All apartments and townhomes are attractively appointed with energy saving features and many communities feature amenities such as exercise rooms, computer areas and community pools.
