Broward County Housing Authority is the contracted Management Agent for HUD-subsidized multifamily properties. The communities are located throughout Broward County and provide rental housing for the elderly, elderly/disabled, and families. The HUD subsidy allows the properties to keep rents affordable to the tenants, who pay 30% of their income towards their rent. Families may only apply to the community where they would like to live when the waiting list for that property is open. See Multifamily Program Application Process for more information.
